1. Customer agrees to pay in accordance with the terms and conditions of this credit agreement and current price schedules.  The Licensing Company (Calgary Inc.) may alter the terms and conditions of the granting of credit from time to time upon notice to the customer.  Notices shall be provided with the monthly invoice.

2. Customer agrees to review, upon receipt, all search and registration results provided by The Licensing Company to ensure that the searches and registrations were performed in accordance with the instructions of the customer.  Customer agrees upon receipt of search and registration results, it shall accept all responsibility for losses which may have been avoided by it's review and notification to The Licensing Company of searches and registrations not performed in accordance with the instructions of the customer. Verbal requests will not be accepted.

3. Customer shall pay for services provided in any calendar month prior to the end of the next calendar month.  If payment is not made in accordance with the terms of this agreement, the customer shall pay interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 3% per month on outstanding invoices over 90 days.

4.  Services by The Licensing Company (Calgary Inc) may be withdrawn as a result of a long term (over six months) default on payment.
